About The Battley-Davis Partnership

Steve Battley and Sue Davis are both experienced Social Care practitioners, consultants and trainers.

Their inclusive and challenging style has positively effected and influenced Social Care practice for hundreds of care practitioners and impacted on the quality of life for thousands of residents.

Steve Battley

Steve has over 30 years of experience working, managing and training in Social Care services. Steve, who also trained and practiced as a counsellor and psychotherapist, is a former President of the Social Care Association. He is currently involved in training and quality assurance across a number of health and social care organisations. Steve also trained as an Eden Associate.

Sue Davis

Sue has many years of experience in staff training and in managing the delivery of residential care services in and around the Birmingham area. Sue is a qualified Social Worker and a former President of the Social Care Association. She is committed to good practice and working with integrity, humour and creativity. She is trained as an Eden Associate and works with organisations to implement principles of good quality practice in care and support settings for adults.
